Pontevedresa Group has two manufacturing facilities of over 20,000 m² where the following lines are located: flat and curved tempering line, flat and curved laminating line, curved annealing line, flat and curved double glazing line, screen printing line, matting line as well as several other manufacturing lines. It also has a smart warehouse and a logistics centre.

Both manufacturing facilities illustrate a new concept of manufacturing plant based on the Industry 4.0. Processes are automated and interconnected through the Internet of Things, as it can be observed in a wide range of processes, from the stocking and smart cutting to the digitalization of control, tracking and traceability processes.
